All orders normally require 1-3 working days to process for in-stock items regardless of shipment method chosen. In any case an item ordered is out of stock, you will be immediately notified, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Stryke Airsoft ships all AEG's through UPS Ground service unless otherwise noted. Accessories and other small items are shipping through USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. Faster shipping is available, in any case please notify us through e-mail or phone. Shipping and tracking number are notified through comments on your order page.

Stryke Airsoft normally ships out all orders within 1-3 days (excluding weekends or holidays). In a case where an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours through e-mail or phone.

Note that we only ship items to your billing address. If you wish to have your order sent to a different address, please contact us beforehand. If you do not contact us before we process your order, the items purchased will be shipped to your billing address. However if the circumstance occurs we will notify you. This is extremely important in order to combat credit card fraud and or scams.

We will under no circumstance ship airsoft guns to; New York City, Washington D.C., and certain cities deemed illegal. Note that if such an order occurs we will notify you. We do however ship internationally, please be aware that YOU must be sure that you are able to import such items, we will not be held liable if your items are seized, upon purchasing you accept all liability and know that if your items are taken we will not be held responsible. If you are ordering from a foreign nation we highly recommend you research local laws and or email us for more information.

Customers will be responsible for all applicable taxes. California residents must pay a state sales tax of 8.25%.

Personal checks are not accepted, neither in-store or online. If you wish to pay through another method please contact us beforehand.

These items are not covered with any sort of usage warranty. These items are only covered for damage on arrival or factory defects. (Problems must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of package NO EXCEPTIONS).

Accessories (Scopes, Mounts, Etc.)
There are no warranties, explicit or implied, provided for accessories. Note that we always inspect our merchandise before shipping, however there is always a chance that something might slip which is why we strongly recommend that if there is an issue that you notify us immediately, (Problems must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of package NO EXCEPTIONS).

Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition with all original packaging and manuals and in unused condition.
Note that BB’s, upgrade parts, custom guns, upgraded guns, and accessories are non-returnable.

There will be a mandatory 15% restocking fee for returns, and shipping charges are not refunded.
Cost of sending product(s) back to us is not covered in our warranty and return policy.
Please do not ship back any merchandise without approval to Stryke Airsoft, Non-approved returns or warranty claims will not be processed and not shipped back.

Note that removal of orange tip and/or the use of low quality BB's (found at sporting goods stores) voids any and all warranty. Cheap bbs are prone to breakage, jams, and immediately voids any warranty. Also using .12g bbs are also not recommended and also voids all warranties with Stryke Airsoft and Echo 1 USA and any other manufactured warranted airsoft guns. Also any modification, alteration of any kind also voids any warranty.
